  11. I just got the Dataflyer XDS IDE Case to mount a 3.5" IDE Drive 
  12. Externally into the A1200 IDE 2.5" Connector and I'm having problems with it.

  14. I have a A1200 with a GVP A1230 TurboPlus Series II 030/50Mzh System and 
  15. a GVP A1291 SCSI Controler Pluged into it.  My system worked just FINE 
  16. with a 2.5" Drive mounted Internally, but when I add the 3.5" drive the 
  17. system Freezes.  The 3.5" drive doesn't spin up like it's suppost to, and 
  18. I can't access the SCSI Drives also because the computer is locked up.
  19. If I unplug the IDE Drive everything is fine.  I've kfound out that if I 
  20. unplug the SCSI drives then the 3.5" IDE drive spins up and the computer 
  21. boots up.

  23. Now I plan to toss these 5.1/4 FULL Hight SCSI Drives which are around 
  24. 140 and 150 Megs in size to use this new 1083 Meg IDE drive.  Problem is 
  25. I still need to access my SCSI Tape Drive to do a Restore, and to also 
  26. Backup the New drive when it need it.  Can anyone help?
